Jackson had his first best rushing performance of his career by rushing for 212 yards on 25 carries, and scoring 2 TDs. His star performance helped the Bills edge the Cowboys, 24-21.
Runner up: SD Phillip Rivers QB - 14 of 17, 267 Yards, and 3 TDs.Defensive Player of the WeekThe defensive standout performance of Week 10 belongs to the Patriots future Hall of Fame DT Vince Wilfork. The unmovable Wilfork had his most unforgettable performance against the rival Jets. He recorded mind-boggling 5 sacks and 6 tackles. His QB-sacking feat helped the Pats slightly edge the Jets in a 10-7 victory.

The Raiders and Vikings found themselves in a shootout in Week 11 and Campbell's performance helped the Raiders come out victorious. He was 20 of 30 for 419 yards, 4 TDs, and 2 INTs in a 47 to 45 victory.
Runner up: OAK D. McFadden HB - 21 Carries, 172 Yards, 2 TDsDefensive Player of the WeekThe best defensive performance of Week 11 belongs to the Redskins star OLB Brian Orakpo. In one of the most outstanding performances of the year, Orakpo accumulated 1 FF, 6 Sacks, and 10 Tackles. His unbelievable effort helped the Redskins overwhelm the Cowboys 36-7.
