Week 2's offensive master performance belongs to the Panthers young QB Jimmy Clausen. Clausen was 22 of 27 for 443 Yds, 5 TDs and 1 INT. His almost perfect game helped the Panthers overwhelm the Saints, 49-17. Carolina is now 2-0 and looking very strong. Week 3 vs the Texans (1-1) will be a big test.
On the defensive side of the ball, the most valuable performance was achieved by Baltimore's speedster CB Lardarius Webb . Webb contributed 3 big time INTs, returning one for a TD, and added 2 tackles. His shutdown performance helped the Ravens tame the Bengals, 34-21. The win puts the skilled Ravens at 2-0 and will face the undefeated Browns (2-0) in Week 3.
