Offensive Player of the Week
Week 5's Offensive POW award goes to the Rams' young WR Brandon Gibson who had 3 big-time receptions for 137 yards and 2 TDs. Gibson's career day helped the Rams tame the Lions 34-24.
Runner up: TEN RB Chris Johnson - 20 car, 113 yards, and 2 TDs
Defensive Player of the Week
The Defensive POW for Week 4 also goes to a 49ers' verteran CB Shawntae Spencer who accumulated 2 tackles and 2 INTs, one of which he brought back to the house 32 yards. His strong performance helped the 49ers beat the Eagles 31-21.
Runner up: MIN DE Jared Allen - 1 sack and 4 tackles
